16 years banking / finance industry experience, extensive knowledge of lender credit policies & loan processes.
I joined Vision in 2008 after working 14 years within a major bank. The majority of my time in the banking industry was within the residential home loan division with the last 5-6 years assessing residential home loan applications. In this time I gained extensive knowledge on lender credit policies, complex credit structures & home loan processes.
My main responsibilities are:
- Provide financial solution(s) to the client based on their needs & goals
- Ensuring the customer receives total support from initial contact right up to settlement and beyond
- To always be available for all new & existing clients for any questions / scenarios
- Keep up to date with lenders products, pricing & credit policies
Main aim for 2011 - With a forever changing lending environment currently flooded with choice I enjoy working with people to achieve their financial goals by providing them with a financial solution based on their individual needs and giving the client every comfort that Vision & I will be assisting them throughout the entire process and beyond.
