I completed my degree in 2001 and started at Vision back in June 2002, almost 9 years ago!
Over the years I have worked closely with our client base, brokers and lenders for many years as a Settlements Officer. This gave me a deep understanding of the residential finance industry and has lead to becoming a Morgtage Broker – a role that I love.
I enjoy being the intermediary between our client and their lender – as a Mortgage Broker, you play a major role in assisting people achieve their biggest financial goals – to buy property, renovate / build a property, invest to increase wealth for retirement and source money for all sorts of life changing things.
My main responsibilities are:
- Provide financial solutions to the client based on their needs and goals
- Ensuring the customer receives total support from initial contact right up to settlement and beyond
- Keep up to date with lenders products, pricing and credit policies
Other interests – the focal point of my life is my family, so mostly my interests are complimentary to maximising my time with my son, partner and our families. I love gardening, camping and reading. I would really like to confess that I am a gym junkie – but I am not!
Main aim for 2011 – to grow the business and to maintain the highest level of service to my customers.
